Fully automatic medical mask production machine

The machine is destined for automatic production of facial medical masks.
Operations performed on the line: Unwinding of materials from 1-4 rolls, unwinding and cutting of wire (sealed in plastic), unwinding and cutting of rubber band, longitudinal folding, wire cutting and insertion, ultrasonic welding of longitudinal edges, cutting of mouthpieces to size, ultrasonic welding of rubber bands on short sides of the masks, unwinding the material for the hems and their ultrasonic welding on the short sides of the masks, cutting out the hems, and finally stacking (like roofing tiles) on the conveyors for removing by the operator.
The machine works in automatic mode, the operator removes stacked products from the conveyor. There can be folding and packaging modules supplied as an option.
